The London - Beatles Abbey Road geocache (GC6F12) is a webcam cache, a type that has vanished from the game: none has been created since 2005, and those that remain are survivors. This one, placed in July 2002 by Tree Hugger, is the most popular in Europe, with close to 9,000 validated photos and 3,000 favorite points.
The principle: get yourself photographed by the webcam trained on the Abbey Road crossing, the one from the cover of the Beatles' last album. Validation is strict and the description leaves no room for doubt — you must stand in the green square, holding your GPS up or waving at the lens, not on the crossing itself and not on the war memorial. Selfies are refused. Consider yourself warned!
