Al'Croisillons

The 45 - Les croisillons de Levallois - Mystery geocache (GC6M7N6) closes the “Trail désordonné des croisillons”, the series Al-cab scattered across Levallois-Perret, in France. It is a clever mystery — like many by this owner — rated 4 for difficulty. Every cache in the series is a magnetic nano or micro hidden in the urban railings the owner calls croisillons. “That's how it is, it's my cache, I decide!”, he points out with a wink.

His goal was to cover the whole town. He admits he did not quite manage it: one small area has no railings at all, and another, far richer in supports, sits in front of the offices of the DGSI — where he formally advises against poking around.

To solve the puzzle you have to… search! Or attempt an Alcabisation (the term comes from the owner himself): a sophisticated technique consisting of finding a geocache whose location is unknown by analysing the logs, studying the images, or examining the free spots on the game map. After all, isn't the only rule to write your name in the logbook? ;-)
